*PLEASE READ* VERY IMPORTANT CANCELATION POLICY BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT!

Due to continued "No shows" and less than 24-hour notice cancelations a NO EXCEPTION policy is being implemented.  Please double check by opening your confirmation that you receive from me when you schedule an appointment online that it states if I am confirming your appointment or not, If you have been a  "No show" or have canceled with less than a 24-hour notice in the past and I was unable to fill that appointment time and you have not made arrangements to pay for that time slot then I will not approve any appointments going forward.  

DUE TO CONTINUED GIFT CERTIFICATE ISSUES I WILL NO LONGER BE SELLING GIFT CERTIFICATES. I will be focusing my hours toward my regular clients. If you have a gift certificate and you are a "No show" then the gift certificate will be considered payment for the time that you have scheduled for.  If you give less than a 24-hour notice and I am not able to fill that appointment time then your gift certificate is also considered used.  Only gift certificates that are not expired will be honored.  Gift certificates have a one year expiration from the date of issue.
